Position Overview

The Project Coordinator will be instrumental in the successful implementation of the Sustainable Jobs Mass Timber Project. This role involves collaborating closely with the Project Director to ensure project operations run smoothly, while also providing direct support to program participants and managing outreach efforts.

As a remote, full-time contract position, the Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in participant engagement, case management, and data tracking to ensure the program meets its goals and objectives.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with a strong passion for workforce development and community engagement. You should possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to your work.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or a related support role, ideally within trades or apprenticeship contexts
  • Willingness to travel for outreach and participant engagement activities
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Experience in multicultural settings is a plus; additional language skills are an asset
