Position Details

The Administrative Assistant for the Training Department will play an integral role in supporting our operations. Reporting to the Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating training requests, managing certifications, and maintaining documentation processes.

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Edmonton, AB, with a term of 6 months and the potential for extension. Candidates should be prepared to engage directly with members and support their training needs effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and administrative excellence.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within training or membership-based organizations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills focused on accuracy and service delivery.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment and possess a service-oriented mindset. Experience with standardized programs or knowledge of AIT processes is considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $60,000, based on experience. Specific benefits and additional perks will be discussed during the interview process.
