Employment Type: Full-time (In-Person)

Salary: $50,000-55,000

Start Date: May 4th, 2026.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Training Centre Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our training programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of courses, communication with members, and overall administrative efficiency of the training centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Locals to assess and determine training course needs
  • Coordinate and manage the Training Coordinator's schedule
  • Organize and support the logistics for training sessions, including setup, material preparation, and meal coordination
  • Set up and prepare training meetings, including room booking, setup, and agenda preparation
  • Record meeting minutes when required
  • Prepare joining packages
  • Schedule safety training courses and maintain the training calendar
  • Track and record safety course attendance and grades in TRAIN
  • Communicate with members regarding course details, schedules, and updates
  • Complete and process participant registration documentation
  • Generate and prepare instructor sign-in sheets for training sessions
  • Create and manage applicant profiles and records
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date training calendar and schedule

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with scheduling systems or databases is an asset
