About the Role:
We are currently seeking skilled Framers to join our team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This is a great opportunity for individuals with 2 years of experience up to Lead Hand level to work in a stable, full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Wage Rate: Up to $36.89 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

  • Work Scope: Residential and/or commercial framing projects

  • Experience Level: 2 years of framing experience to Lead Hand level

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans

  • Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood framing components

  • Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and up to quality standards

  • Collaborate with team members and lead hands to meet project timelines

  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working order

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in framing or carpentry

  • Strong understanding of framing techniques and construction processes

  • Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team

  • Lead Hand applicants should demonstrate experience in supervising crews and coordinating site activities
