About the Role:
We are currently hiring experienced Roofers to join our team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for individuals with 5+ years of roofing experience, including those ready to take on or currently in supervisory roles.

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Wage Rate: $36.89 – $45.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
  • Experience Level: 5+ years, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Number of Positions: 3

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and participate in all aspects of roofing installation, repair, and maintenance
  • Supervise and coordinate crew activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines
  • Communicate effectively with team members and site management
  • Train and mentor junior crew members

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of roofing experience (commercial or residential)
  • Proven supervisory or lead experience on roofing crews
  • Strong understanding of roofing materials, systems, and safety requirements
  • Ability to manage projects and motivate team members
  • Valid safety certifications (e.g., Working at Heights, Fall Protection) considered an asset
