Job Description
We are currently seeking Journeyperson Carpenters or high-level Apprentices (3rd or 4th year) with a minimum of six months of mass timber experience to join our team for upcoming mass timber construction projects. This role involves the installation and assembly of large-scale engineered wood structural systems, including glulam and cross-laminated timber (CLT) components.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on modern, large-scale timber structures as part of a professional construction crew. Candidates must be able to read and follow construction drawings, work safely at heights, and maintain strong productivity in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities

Install and assemble mass timber structural components, including glulam beams and CLT panels

Interpret and follow construction drawings, layouts, and specifications

Assist with rigging, hoisting, and positioning of large timber components

Work safely at heights and in elevated work platforms

Maintain quality workmanship while meeting production targets

Collaborate effectively with supervisors and crew members on-site
Qualifications

Journeyperson Carpenter certification or 3rd / 4th year Carpenter Apprentice

Minimum 6 months of mass timber experience required

Experience with structural framing or commercial construction considered an asset

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Strong understanding of safe work practices
