Position Overview:
EDFL is seeking a skilled Red Seal Journeyperson Concrete Finisher to join the team for the Nanaimo Hospital project. This role involves performing high-quality concrete finishing work, with a focus on patching, parging, and repair in an active construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform concrete patching, parging, and repair work to a high standard
• Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality requirements
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to meet project timelines

Wages & Hours:

• Wage: $43.42/hour (Red Seal Journeyperson rate)
• Vacation Pay: 8%
• Hours: 40 hours per week, with potential overtime as required

Qualifications:

• Red Seal Journeyperson Certification (Concrete Finisher)
• Proven experience in concrete finishing, patching, and repair
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
