Carpenters’ Regional Council – Local 343 is currently seeking skilled carpenters in general carpentry and formwork in the Winnipeg Area.

Available Positions & Rates
  • Foreperson – $50.60/hour
  • Lead Hand – $44.88/hour
  • Journeyperson – $42.88/hour
  • Fourth Year / Uncertified – $37.52/hour
  • Third Year Apprentice – $32.16/hour
  • Second Year Apprentice – $27.71/hour
  • First Year Apprentice – $24.02/hour
Site & Training Requirements
  • Applicants must provide a resume
  • Apprenticeship certificates/documents are considered an asset, if available
  • Working at Heights and Aerial Lift certifications are considered an asset
  • Candidates without required certifications must be willing to participate in training through the Local 343 training centre
Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
